Zinc-iron is an alloy of zinc and iron with iron content between 0.3% and 1.0%. It offers superior corrosion resistance and easier further finishing compared to standard zinc plating, making it a preferred choice for demanding applications.
An electrochemical finishing process that removes a thin layer of material from metal parts, leaving a shiny, smooth, ultra-clean surface finish. Especially useful for fragile or complex geometry parts that cannot be mechanically polished.
Pickling removes high-temperature scale and chromium-depleted layers from stainless steel surfaces. Passivation treats the surface with acid solutions to remove contaminants and promote formation of a protective passive film.
